About the role

As an Assistant Manager at Seascapes, you will assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving the stated objectives in sales, cost control, and colleague retention while ensuring the highest possible standard of

Maintaining a complete understanding of all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs is an essential part of this role.
About youThe ideal candidate must have five years of overall experience and a minimum of two years of relevant outdoor experience or other experience related to this field. You will have played a key role in managing teams and have previous international exposure within a 5-star hotel environment. You must demonstrate a clear passion for the Food & Beverage industry,
