This role sits at the core of sales execution and operational delivery, working closely with leadership to ensure seamless coordination between clients, internal teams, and business functions. You will play a key role in driving efficiency, strengthening customer engagement, and supporting business growth in a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day sales operations and execution of strategic sales initiatives.
- Manage and track sales pipelines, opportunities, and client communications.
- Coordinate between sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Assist in client engagement, follow-ups, and account management activities.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and operational updates for leadership review.
- Ensure timely execution of business processes and customer requirements.
- Support regional business growth initiatives and market expansion efforts.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in sales operations, account management, or business operations (preferably in IT/technology sector)
- Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Experience supporting sales pipelines and client engagement activities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Based in Riyadh (valid driving license preferred).
