Assistant Manager Sales Operations Jobs in Dubai, UAE at Sobha Realty
Support sales and sales operations team with creating reports, charts, dashboards and other analytics as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Run, update, and create reports and dashboards in CRMs.Extract and analyze data from CRMs or other databases.
Support the compilation and executive presentation of sales related data including
sales performance
metrics.
Support the execution of operational processes.
Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyzing and consolidating queries from different data sources and turning them into actionable insights across Sales Development, Sales, Marketing.
Monitoring daily trends and alert stakeholders when required and suggesting solutions/changes.
Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 5 years professional working experience, must include experience relating to Operations, data analysis and reporting.
SKILLS:
Experience creating reports and charts using tools such as Microsoft Excel.
Strong in Advance Excel/PPT/V-LOOK UP/H-LOOK UP/PIVOT/Macros.
Experience with
using Salesforce or similar CRMs.Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
A high degree of
flexibility
, be extremely organized and detail oriented.
Experience creating presentations for executive reporting.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize a variety of tasks and meet deadlines.
