Job Overview
The Assistant Manager – Sales is responsible for driving government and corporate sales across Dubai Holding’s portfolio of destinations and experiences.
This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, visitation, and revenue growth through strategic partnerships, targeted outreach, and commercial sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve short and long-term revenue and visitation targets
- Conduct market research and proactive business development activities
- Target and secure business from government entities and corporate clients including:
- Create tailored rate strategies and commercial packages for corporate accounts
- Present and implement tactical sales initiatives and partnerships
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and roadshows with key partners
- Identify and engage key partners based on location and segment
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and visitation targets
- Participate in weekly sales reviews to identify gaps and implement action plans
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, audit, and budgeting processes
About You
- Minimum 5 years’ professional sales experience
- Strong experience in corporate, events, hospitality, leisure, or entertainment sales
- Proven track record in business development and revenue generation
- Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and pipeline management capability
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
