Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Assistant Procurement and Logistics Manager – Healthcare to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in healthcare procurement, supply chain management, and logistics coordination within hospitals, clinics, or medical trading environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement of healthcare products, medical equipment, and consumables
- Coordinate with local and international suppliers for sourcing and negotiations
- Ensure timely delivery and cost-effective procurement processes
- Maintain inventory control and optimize stock levels across facilities
- Liaise with logistics partners for shipment tracking and clearance
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies
- Support budget planning and cost control initiatives
- Prepare procurement reports and performance analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 10 years experience in healthcare procurement or hospital supply chain preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceutical sourcing
- Experience in UAE healthcare or hospital environment is highly preferred
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
