Hiring: Assistant Manager – Merchandising Operations
Riyadh | Full-Time | Salary up to SAR 14,000/month
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage merchandisers and team leaders
* Lead day-to-day merchandising operations
* Conduct market visits, retail audits & field coaching
* Ensure execution quality and operational compliance
* Prepare reports using Excel and merchandising systems
* Coordinate with clients and internal teams
* Support new and existing merchandising projects
* Travel across Riyadh and occasionally within KSA
Requirements:
✅ 5–10 years of FMCG merchandising experience in Saudi Arabia
✅ Experience managing field teams
✅ Strong Microsoft Excel skills
✅ Graduate, under 35 years
✅ Transferable Iqama
✅ Valid Saudi driving licence & own vehicle
✅ Immediate joiners or up to 30-day notice preferred
