What you’ll do:
Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with 3PL partners
Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and commercial agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality
Monitor suppliers performance, ensuring adherence to operational KPIs, compliance, and service standards
Resolve disputes or escalations with suppliers regarding rider availability, performance, and payments
Work closely with suppliers to ensure the availability of a reliable and well-trained delivery workforce
Ensure timely deployment across all required locations based on business demand
Track and analyze suppliers performance metrics
Ensure all suppliers comply with local labor laws, company policies, and safety standards
Conduct regular audits and quality checks on suppliers to maintain operational excellence
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational challenges
Leverage data insights to drive decision-making and improve supplier and rider performance
Generate reports on vendor performance, rider productivity, and key operational KPIs
What you’ll need:
Bachelor Degree in Management, Engineering, or related field
3-5 years of experience in vendor management, logistics, or delivery operations, preferably in e-commerce, food delivery, or last-mile logistics
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze operational performance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple stakeholders
Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/GSheets
Good communication and coordination skills
Capable of working in highly ambiguous situations comfortably
Ability to accommodate flexibility in the work schedule
