What you’ll do:
- Manage the assigned fleet across a high-volume cluster (6-8 DS) effectively, meeting the target KPIs
- Oversee Fleet Managers in the daily operations of their respective fleet
- Ensure adherence to SOPs
- Support in manpower allocation across stores
- Address issues and support the team in achieving their best performance – be a mentor
- Support the Logistics Manager in analysis and implementation of best practices
- Coordinate with other teams on ad-hoc cross functional projects
- Ensure timely and clear communication with all stakeholders
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor Degree in Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics managing a team
- Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google sheets
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty
- Capable of working in highly ambiguous situations comfortably
- Understanding Logistics metrics and stakeholder management
- Ability to accommodate flexibility in the work schedule
