Position: Assistant Manager – Key Accounts (Projects)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and deepen client relationships within the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients managing complex project requirements and ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Proactively identify and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within assigned key accounts, aligning solutions with client project needs.
  • Collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams sales operations technical to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with key clients ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential risks for key accounts.
  • Manage and resolve client escalations efficiently maintaining a high level of service and trust.
  • Forecast account revenue and project timelines accurately providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong long‑lasting relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within client organizations.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and strategic thinking.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and foster long‑term partnerships with clients.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast‑paced, dynamic project environment.
