Key Responsibilities:
Support the HR Manager in executing operational HR activities aligned with company goals and Saudi Labor Law.
Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Manage the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Ensure compliance with all labor regulations and company policies.
Lead and support employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
Coordinate with project sites to manage manpower planning and deployment effectively.
Handle employee grievances professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
Implement HR best practices to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Supervise the preparation of HR reports and analytics for management review.
Facilitate training and development programs to build employee capabilities.
Requirements:
Saudi National (Mandatory)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of HR experience in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR operational procedures.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong problem-solving skills.
