About The Role
We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Assistant Manager – Engineering to join our team. We are looking for a bright, energetic, motivational leader who will be assisting the Director of Engineering for the efficient and economic operation of the Engineering Department in support of all other departments, supplying services as required to the entire operation, and maintaining equipment, buildings, and grounds in optimum condition.
Other responsibilities will include conducting safety inspections, training all colleagues on safety and emergency procedures, and working with vendors.
The Assistant Manager – Engineering must be willing to respond to emergencies. This position requires overall maintenance knowledge and troubleshooting ability with skills in HVAC, carpentry, painting, equipment, and tool usage. Verbal and written communication, organizational, and presentation skills are of the utmost importance.

Engineering/Facility Management degree is a must
