✔ Purchasing and maintaining office supplies
✔ Overseeing office cleanliness and monthly bill payments
✔ Managing annual renewals (utilities, car registration, insurance)
✔ Coordinating visa processes and DMCC portal updates
✔ Handling shipping documents, bank forms & supplier payments
✔ Managing Gulfood event tasks and hotel bookings
✔ Following up with banks on export documents & entries
✔ Assisting with accounting and admin tasks
