RAKBANK is looking for a strategic and analytical Emirati professional to join our Corporate Strategy team as an Assistant Manager – Corporate Strategy. This full-time role is ideal for individuals passionate about driving organizational growth, shaping strategic initiatives, and delivering impactful insights to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of corporate strategy initiatives aligned with RAKBANK’s long-term goals
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for senior management and board meetings
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to improve business outcomes
- Assist in evaluating strategic partnerships, investments, and new business ventures
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or corporate planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach
