Job Description
Wynn Al Marjan Island is an opulent beachside resort in the United Arab Emirates, scheduled to open in spring 2027. The resort will feature 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and a five‑star spa.
About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the resort’s Butler Services team.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations Management
- Lead and support the Butler team to deliver Wynn‑ and Forbes‑level service.
- Oversee daily Butler Services operations and ensure all suites and gaming salons are guest‑ready.
- Maintain organization, maintenance, and readiness of all service areas and equipment.
- Ensure accurate fulfillment of special requests and personalized guest preferences.
- Review guest accounts for accuracy and uphold all company policies and standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in service quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
Guest Engagement & Service Excellence
- Welcome and farewell VIP guests, including airport or ferry meet‑and‑greet when required.
- Manage reservations, transportation, and personalized arrangements.
- Anticipate needs, resolve concerns discreetly, and strengthen guest loyalty.
- Communicate guest insights to management to enhance service and operations.
Team Development & Supervision
- Lead, coach, and develop Door persons, Butlers, and Butler Services team members.
- Support recruitment, training, performance management, and scheduling.
- Delegate tasks effectively and maintain a high‑performance, respectful team culture.
- Ensure all team members uphold grooming, etiquette, and service standards.
Communication & Collaboration
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless delivery of guest requests.
- Participate in meetings and share operational updates with the team.
- Promote teamwork, cultural respect, and professional communication.
Health, Safety & Sustainability
- Enforce health, safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
- Support recycling and sustainable initiatives across Butler Services.
About You
- Minimum 7 years of luxury hospitality or guest service management experience.
- Minimum 4 years of butler service experience within a large integrated resort or Forbes Five Star property.
- Formal butler training or certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, training, and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Exceptional grooming, attention to detail, and professional etiquette.
- Multilingual abilities, with fluency in at least two languages.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
