Immediate Joiner Team Leader – Sales
As we expand, we’re looking for a dynamic and driven Team Leader to spearhead our Sales department. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, innovative environment and make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and inspire a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the market.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching, support, and training to ensure continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer service, and product to optimize sales initiatives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies as needed.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry developments and iGaming regulations.
Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and markets.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive growth and retention.
Prepare and present reports on sales performance and team progress to senior management.
Manage and resolve any escalated client issues or complaints in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the iGaming industry (minimum 3+ years).
Strong understanding of products, services, and market dynamics.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Data-driven with the ability to analyze sales performance and make strategic decisions.
Experience in B2B or B2C sales, with a focus on driving growth in the iGaming sector.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Immediate availability to join is preferred.
