About the Role As an Assistant Manager of Housekeeping, you will be assisting the Manager of Housekeeping in overseeing overall housekeeping operations and ensuring the housekeeping team complies with health & safety procedures. The successful applicant will maintain reports of check-outs and stay-overs and delegate assignments to the Housekeeping team. Besides, we expect you to provide excellent customer service and maintain or improve FORBES service standards.

An ideal candidate must demonstrate a clear passion for customer service and the willingness to learn various areas of resort operations.

About You We invite candidates who have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 4 years experience as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager within a luxury property, and can contribute and successfully deliver against a business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain reports of check-outs and stay-overs

Delegate assignments to the Housekeeping team Provide excellent customer service

Maintain or improve FORBES service standards

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
