SAECO is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Maintenance to lead maintenance and facility management activities across workshops, office buildings, and staff accommodation, ensuring efficient operations and effective preventive maintenance.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience in Maintenance & Facility Management.
- Proven experience in Preventive Maintenance Planning and Execution.
- Experience leading maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management activities.
- Strong knowledge of machinery and equipment monitoring and maintenance.
- Experience coordinating spare parts, tools, and consumables with Procurement and suppliers.
- Ability to prepare and submit maintenance progress reports to management.
- Experience identifying equipment requirements and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and manpower management skills.
- Excellent time management, interpersonal, and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead maintenance and facility management activities across workshops, offices, and staff accommodation.
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective Preventive Maintenance Plans.
- Monitor the condition and performance of machinery and equipment.
- Coordinate the availability of spare parts, tools, and consumables.
- Support Procurement and Operations in obtaining quotations and selecting suitable parts.
- Prepare timely maintenance reports and provide recommendations to management.
- Ensure maintenance activities are completed efficiently and on schedule.
