What will you do:
- Act as a mentor to your team members, being their point of reference and supporting them in delivering the best guest experience possible while developing their skills.
- To have an extensive knowledge of LPM products (both on food and beverages).
- To have a deep knowledge of wines, food and wine pairings and the ability to train and educate staff on wine-related matters.
- To be able to take full charge of the sommelier service during operations.
- To manage the restaurant's wine inventory, overseeing storage conditions, monitoring levels and ensuring secure handling.
What you need:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of previous experience as a Sommelier in a similar establishment
- English – excellent oral and written
- Extensive wine knowledge (emphasis on French wine)
