The Assistant Hairdresser supports the hairdressing team by preparing clients and workstations, assisting with hair services, and maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic salon environment. This role helps ensure smooth daily salon operations while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare clients for hair services, including shampooing and conditioning.
- Assist Hairdressers during haircuts, coloring, treatments, and styling services.
- Prepare and organize tools, equipment, and products before and after each service.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and salon facilities in accordance with hygiene standards.
- Replenish salon supplies and monitor product stock levels.
- Greet clients courteously and assist in providing a positive salon experience.
- Support reception or other salon operations as assigned.
- Follow salon policies, health and safety procedures, and professional grooming standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
