Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to promote and sell construction chemicals such as waterproofing solutions, adhesives, concrete admixtures, sealants, and protective coatings. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in civil engineering or chemistry, combined with excellent sales and customer relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for construction chemical products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, and project managers.
Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with the R&D and technical teams to ensure product compatibility and performance.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
Provide post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience in the construction chemical or building materials industry.
Strong understanding of concrete technology, waterproofing, and related products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
