Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards.
Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, room service, and event catering
Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain stock levels
Handle guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly
Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards
Assist with budgeting, cost control, and revenue targets
Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service
Implement and maintain quality control measures
Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience
Stay updated on industry trends and implement improvements
Ensure compliance with local regulations and cultural sensitivities
Qualifications
Experience as a Restaurant & Bar Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in a hotel
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service skills
Proficiency in Opera or similar PMS
Knowledge of food and beverage cost control
Understanding of health and safety regulations
Financial acumen including budgeting and revenue management
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Detail-oriented and organized
Problem-solving skills
Knowledge of local cuisine and cultural sensitivities (preferred)
Fluency in English;
Arabic is a plus
