Food & Beverage Assistant Manager – VVIP Family
We are seeking an experienced, highly professional, and service-oriented Food & Beverage Assistant Manager to oversee the F&B operations of a prestigious VVIP Family in Qatar.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an F&B Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Previous experience in a 5-star luxury hotel, luxury resort, private household, royal family, or VVIP/VIP residence
- Strong knowledge of fine dining, butler service, private events, and luxury hospitality standards
- Proven ability to manage high-profile dining experiences with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Currently based in Qatar
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily Food & Beverage operations for the VVIP family and their guests
- Ensure exceptional personalized service that meets the highest luxury hospitality standards
- Supervise, train, and develop the F&B service team
- Coordinate closely with the Executive Chef and household departments to ensure seamless service
- Manage private dining, family events, and special occasions with meticulous attention to detail
- Monitor inventory, operational standards, and service excellence
