We’re hiring An Event Coordinator in the hospitality and event industry who plans and coordinates events They select venues adhere to the given budget arrange onsite vendors and ensure client satisfaction for the scheduled event
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute a wide range of events including conferences seminars corporate parties and networking events
Collaborate with internal teams clients and vendors to ensure the successful execution of events
Manage event budgets negotiate contracts and handle invoicing and payments
Research and recommend event venues caterers entertainment options and other suppliers
Coordinate logistics such as event setup equipment rental signage and transportation
Create and distribute event invitations track RSVPs and manage attendee lists
Oversee onsite event management ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to plan
Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to promote events and create engaging content
Conduct post event evaluations to measure success and recommend improvements for future events
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in event planning and management
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management Marketing or a related field
Proven experience in event planning and coordination
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Proficient in event management software and tools
Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross functional teams
