We are seeking a skilled and organized Assistant Dispatch Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing vehicle dispatch operations and handling invoice entry in the system. This role requires strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and excellent coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily vehicle dispatch operations.
Monitor and track vehicle movements to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain records of vehicle assignments, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules.
Enter and process invoices accurately in the system.
Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and customers for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
Generate reports related to vehicle usage, expenses, and dispatch efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience in vehicle dispatching and invoice management.
Proficiency in data entry and invoice processing software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of fleet management and transportation logistics.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED1,700.00 per month
