Job Description:
Assists the Director of Sales & Marketing in producing, implementing and monitoring action plans to ensure Business Plan objectives are achieved.
Analyses current and potential markets/trends, co-ordinates all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume and increased rates.
Assists the Director of Sales & Marketing with weekly reviews of sales team activities to ensure targets and sales objectives are being met.
Review the daily business levels, anticipate critical situations and plan effective solutions in conjunction with the department heads, to best expedite these situations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or Marketing Management.
At least 3 years of similar role experience, particularly within the luxury or related high-end hospitality industry.
Must have a deep understanding of the luxury hotel market with expertise in revenue management, budgeting, and pricing strategies specific to the high-end market.
Demonstrated experience in leading a team of sales professionals, training staff, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing effective sales strategies.
