Assistant Digital Marketing Manager
As an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing mid-term digital marketing campaigns as well as short-term advertising techniques. This role requires being adept at enhancing brand awareness, measuring the performance analytics of the campaigns, driving traffic and sales. You will work with Marcom, Product & Sales teams, to deliver digital campaign planning, execution, optimization for Consumer Electronics category.
Key Responsibilities
Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing plans/activities across all digital channels including SEM, data driven marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns, in line with brand plans and business priorities
Creating digital communication strategies for current products and new product launches; determining target groups and segments for campaigns, ads and communications.
Identify digital touch points for product and brand promotion and set effective digital channel operation strategy.
Closely follow and optimizing paid and owned digital communication and advertising channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Display ads etc.
Analysing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.
Daily analysing and reporting digital metrics and KPI’s via Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Data Studio and other reporting tools.
Analysing the website traffic regularly to identify pain points and quick action plans.
Regularly monitor & optimize content, media performance across digital marketing automation processes.
Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs).
Analyse and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.
Management of all creative resources including creative and media agencies, other 3rd parties.
Integration of digital programs with brand campaigns to drive brand to demand.
Weekly and monthly following market trends, report analysis and present actions plans.
Key Qualifications
Education in minimum Bachelor Degree level
Minimum 6 years of experience in digital media industry: assets adapting, working with media agencies, media plan building and execution, reporting.
Knowledge of SEM, Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Social Media Ads. also, involving and operating performance marketing processes.
Excellent verbal and written skills in English
Excellent reporting, organizational & communication skills
Excellent presenting and reporting in Microsoft tools (power point, excel)
Having knowledge in dashboard reporting tools such as Power BI, Data Studio etc. is a plus.
