We are hiring a dedicated and well-organized Assistant & Customer Relations Officer to support our daily operations and ensure smooth communication with our clients. The ideal candidate will have a friendly personality, professional attitude, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
· Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination
· Manage emails, phone calls, and client inquiries
· Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers
· Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and follow up with clients
· Support management with documentation and record-keeping
· Ensure high standards of customer service
Requirements:
· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administration or customer service
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Good organizational and multitasking abilities
· Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, spreadsheets)
· Professional attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Positive attitude and team player
