- Eastern European Board – non accredited
- If the candidate is an Ex Saudi or currently working in Saudi Arabia, please ask them for a copy of their Saudi Council License
- Please provide the Degree Certificates and Registration.
- The candidates must be currently practicing their specialty (Academic experiences like Professor is not acceptable)
- The age must not be more than 55 years old (converted to Hijri calendar)
- Not more than 6 months of working gap
