We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Chocolate Designer / Florist to join our team at Morsel Chocolates, a premium chocolatier and gifting brand known for artisan chocolates and luxury floral arrangements.
Job Summary
Support the creation of premium chocolate arrangements and floral gift designs, ensuring high-quality presentation and creativity that reflects the brand’s luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing chocolate bouquets, gift boxes, and floral arrangements
- Prepare and assemble customized orders based on customer requests
- Maintain high standards of presentation and product quality
- Support packaging, wrapping, and visual styling for gifts
- Ensure freshness and proper handling of chocolates and flowers
- Work closely with the design and production team for daily orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
Requirements
- Experience in floristry, chocolate design, gifting, or creative packaging preferred
- Strong eye for detail, creativity, and presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to brand standards
- Prior F&B or gifting industry experience is an advantage
