Job Description
An Assistant Chief Steward is responsible for overseeing the Stewards to deliver an exceptional Guest and Member experience while supporting overall operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Stewards to maintain high standards
Support Team Members intraining and development
Coordinate daily pot-wash and dish wash responsibilities
Maintain Back of House areas to highest cleanliness standards
Ensure Health, Hygiene, and Safety guidelines are followed
Report faults and damaged equipment to Managers and Executives
Ensure Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is in place
Operate machinery safely and efficiently
Assist with equipment location, movement, and storage
Conduct stock takes as required
Enforce Health and Safety Regulations
Perform other reasonable tasks set by Hotel Management

Able to work individually or as part of a team
Flexible to respond to various work situations
