About the Role
Al Zeina Caf is looking for a highly driven Assistant Caf Manager to join our premium caf team in Abu Dhabi. We are seeking a strong leader with a proven track record in driving sales, increasing profitability, and improving team performance with experience in growing both retail and dine‑in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive retail and dine‑in sales growth through upselling, promotions, and team performance.
- Increase average spend and improve customer conversion.
- Monitor sales margins, costs, and profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve targets.
- Improve service standards and operational efficiency.
- Analyze menu performance and optimize profitable items.
- Fluent in Arabic & English.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years experience in premium cafés / upscale restaurants in the UAE or GCC.
- Minimum 5 years in supervisory or managerial role in the UAE.
- Proven experience in driving both retail and dining sales.
- Strong understanding of sales growth, P&L, cost control, and profitability.
- Experience in menu engineering and dish profitability analysis.
- Strong leadership with ability to coach, motivate, and drive performance.
