The Assistant Brand Manager works closely with the Brand Manager (Creatives, Cons.act, Cartoons, Occasions and Innovation) and manages creative development processes (artworks, key visuals, POS tools) and implementation of all consumer activations (online & offline activations linked with special cans or multipacks), cartoon communications, occasion focused campaigns as well as new product launches. This role works closely with International Brand Team as well as local and global creative agencies and run the day-to-day “brand operations”.

Achievement of agreed individual annual objectives
Delivers the brand part of the business plan
Sustains or strengthens the brand part of the trial and awareness study; past 4 week/12 months consumption, TOM awareness and brand salience
Successful execution of product and packaging launches
Builds a strong, transparent, trusty partnership and cooperation with management and personnel
Strengthens agency service & client/agency relationships
Turkish native, Fluent in English
Bachelor’s Degree
