We are looking for a AssistantBrand Manager to join our team at Pınar Su ve Içecek, a company within Yaşar Group, which is a pioneer of firsts in Türkiye.
In this role, you need to have / be
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration etc,
At least 2, 3 years of experience in marketing, brand management or product management preferably in FMCG
Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Experience in content marketing, digital advertising, and social media marketing.
Proficient in project management and agile working methodologies.
Strong project and time management skills
Experience in product development and new product launches,
Good verbal and written skills in English,
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications,
Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
Put the customer on your focus,
Identify opportunities for improvement in your work and develop effective solutions,
Proactive in achieving your goals,
Willing to learn and improve,

In this role, we expect you to;
Leading projects across its categories, from new product launches to branding work.
Analyzing the sector and competitors and developing brand communication according to this data,
Determining the marketing activities and organizations that will improve the communication of the brand,
Providing the best channel-based portfolio with accurate pricing to achieve profitability targets,
Preparing and implementing marketing plans by determining the strategies and targets of products,
Collecting consumer insights via market research to manage existing portfolio and innovation pipeline,
Working together with sales and trade marketing functions to guide channel strategies, determine commercial needs and opportunities, and develop pricing and distribution strategies,
Managing the marketing budget in accordance with approved annual plans.
