Assistant Baker / Kitchen Helper Jobs in Ajman at Smallcakes A Cupcakery
Should have at least 1-2 years experience in Bakery / kitchen.
Should be able to speak and understand English.
Should know the basic of Baking and Cake Decorating.
Will assist the Chef/Baker in pastry section of a kitchen, working together with the other chefs
Assist in Decorating and presenting pastries and baked goods in a tasteful and beautiful way
Monitor and order ingredients, supplies and equipment
Meet with customers to discuss custom-made desserts or baked goods for special occasions (if and when needed).
Attend events on behalf of the company and participate in trainings and workshops.
Ensure the bakery section of the kitchen is always clean and maintain hygiene.
Ensure accurate use of recipes by maintaining proper record of baking operations.
Manage needed supplies and inventory levels.
Decorate baked products using glaze, icing and other toppings (3D Topping) to achieve a finished appearance.
Assess the quality of raw materials before baking.
Ensure the proper storage of baking utensils.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
