Job Summary:
The Faculty of Media and Public Relations at Liwa College is inviting applicants for two positions of Assistant/Associate Professor in
Communication
(specialization in Government and Corporate (Institutional)
Communication
). The successful candidates are expected to start in September 2025 on the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain campuses.
Selected candidates will teach both theoretical and practical courses. The candidate must be highly self-motivated to achieve the mission of the Faculty of Media and Public Relations in the areas of teaching, research, and community/professional service.
Responsibilities:
Participate in teaching theoretical and practical courses in Government and Corporate (Institutional)
Communication
.
Teach other courses as per faculty needs.
Provide academic advising to students.
Perform college, community, and professional service.
Assist in the continued development and
promotion
of the Program.
Qualifications:
A Ph.D. holder in
Communication
with a specialization in Government and Corporate (Institutional)
Communication
.
Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
A minimum of three years’ teaching experience in Government and Corporate (Institutional)
Communication
in an institution of higher learning.
A publication record in academic journals in topics related to Government and Corporate (Institutional)
Communication
.

Three of the candidates’ recent research papers published in Scopus or Arcif-indexed peer-reviewed journals.
