Job Description:

The primary responsibility is to ensure excellent guest experiences by providing outstanding customer service and administrative support. You will serve as the main point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently and courteously. Your role will also involve maintaining the reception area, managing reservations systems, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Services: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in and out efficiently, and provide information about the property amenities, local attractions, and services. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Reservations Management: Receive and process reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms. Confirm bookings, collect payment information, and update reservation systems accurately. Manage room inventory and ensure availability is up-to-date.

Administrative Support: Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and keep inventory of office supplies.

Coordination: Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure timely preparation of accommodations, address guest requests, and resolve issues efficiently. Communicate effectively with colleagues to maintain smooth operations.

Financial Transactions: Process guest payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and reconcile accounts as needed.

Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols. Monitor the premises for any suspicious activities and report any concerns to appropriate personnel.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and positive reviews. Seek opportunities to enhance the guest experience and provide personalized service.

Emergency Response: Act as a point of contact during emergencies, such as medical incidents or facility issues, and follow established procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
