Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer work
  • Able to handle invoices, quotations, payment records, and daily entries
  • Able to manage admin tasks, filing, coordination, and office support
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Must be responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
  • Candidate with a valid UAE residence visa preferred
  • Immediate joiner preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain invoices, quotations, and payment records
  • Update accounting entries in Zoho
  • Follow up on payments and outstanding balances
  • Maintain office files, records, and documents
  • Handle daily admin and coordination work
  • Support the sales and management team with office tasks

Experience:

  • Previous UAE experience will be an advantage
  • Freshers with basic Zoho knowledge may also apply
