Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer work
- Able to handle invoices, quotations, payment records, and daily entries
- Able to manage admin tasks, filing, coordination, and office support
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Must be responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Candidate with a valid UAE residence visa preferred
- Immediate joiner preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain invoices, quotations, and payment records
- Update accounting entries in Zoho
- Follow up on payments and outstanding balances
- Maintain office files, records, and documents
- Handle daily admin and coordination work
- Support the sales and management team with office tasks
Experience:
- Previous UAE experience will be an advantage
- Freshers with basic Zoho knowledge may also apply
