We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the events industry and exhibition stand management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all aspects of event and exhibition stand projects, from planning to execution.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct regular on-site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and resolve any issues promptly.
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed during on-site installations.
Manage client expectations and provide regular updates to ensure complete transparency.
Identify potential risks and implement effective solutions to mitigate them.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, reports, and progress updates.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the events or exhibition stand industry.
Strong understanding of event logistics, stand design, and installation processes.
Excellent client management and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
Willingness to conduct regular on-site visits to ensure project success.
Must be fluent in English and Hindi for smooth communication.
UAE driving license is mandatory
