Assistant Accountant Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Green World Safety and Security Consultancies LLC
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience and good practical knowledge of Tally and day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
- Handle daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and other financial documents.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor expenses and maintain proper financial records.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounting-related matters.
- Ensure accounting entries are accurate and completed on time.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or a related role.
- Must have practical knowledge of Tally.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and other accounting-related tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates with UAE/GCC accounting experience will be an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
