Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and physically strong Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a military background, preferably retired, with strong discipline and commitment to safety and security. This position requires a SIRA certification and involves maintaining the safety of our premises, assets, and people.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide physical security services to protect people, property, and assets.
Monitor surveillance systems and maintain situational awareness at all times.
Conduct regular security patrols and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
Respond to emergencies or security threats quickly and effectively.
Assist in the enforcement of safety rules and regulations.
Handle any incidents or disturbances on-site and report them to higher authorities.
Ensure all security equipment and systems are in working order.
Provide written and verbal reports on security-related incidents as necessary.
Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Age: Must be under 45 years old.
Military Background: Retired personnel with prior military service experience.
Physical Strength: Must be physically fit and capable of performing security duties effectively.
Certification: Valid SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stay calm and composed in stressful situations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Skills:
Previous military, security or law enforcement experience is a plus.
Basic knowledge of emergency response procedures.
Knowledge of security systems (CCTV, alarms, etc.) is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
