We are currently seeking an experienced Asset & Portfolio Management Director to lead the strategic management and optimization of our real estate portfolio, driving asset performance, value creation, and long-term portfolio growth in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
1. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic management and optimization of the company's asset portfolio, subsidiaries, and investments to maximize long-term value.
- Monitor portfolio performance, analyze financial and operational results, and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Develop and oversee portfolio governance, performance frameworks, KPIs, and executive reporting dashboards.
- Identify risks, growth opportunities, and value creation initiatives to enhance portfolio performance and capital efficiency.
- Partner with subsidiary leadership and key stakeholders to drive strategic alignment, operational excellence, and business performance.
- Support strategic initiatives, including portfolio optimization, investments, acquisitions, and divestitures, while ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.
2. Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
- Master’s degree and/or professional certifications such as CFA, MBA are preferred.
- +7 years of relevant experience in asset management, portfolio management, corporate finance, investment management, or strategy, including leadership experience.
- Prior experience in real estate, holding companies, investment firms, or large corporates is preferred.
