Job Description
Tasleem Business Services is hiring an experienced part-time Asset Manager to join our team in Dubai. This position is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential and commercial real estate assets to maximize financial performance and value.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor the financial performance of each property, including revenue, expenses, and net operating income.
- Oversee leasing activities and tenant relations to ensure high occupancy and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with property management and facilities teams to ensure assets are well-maintained.
- Prepare regular asset performance reports and financial analyses for ownership.
- Assist in developing strategies to maximize asset value, including renovations and repositioning.
- Participate in the annual budgeting and forecasting process for the property portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management, property management, or real estate investment, preferably within the UAE.
- Must have a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and its regulations.
- Requires strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- A bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates must hold a valid UAE residence visa and be able to provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for part-time work.
Pay: AED12,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
