Role Description This part-time remote role of Coordinator of Volunteers at مجتمع التواصل المؤسسي is responsible for organizing, supporting, and enhancing the volunteer experience. The coordinator will manage volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling, ensuring that volunteers understand their responsibilities and have the resources they need to succeed. Daily tasks include planning and delivering volunteer training sessions, maintaining accurate volunteer records, and responding promptly to volunteer inquiries. The role also involves coordinating community outreach activities, collaborating with internal teams to identify volunteer needs, and monitoring volunteer performance and engagement. The coordinator will regularly prepare brief reports on volunteer activities and contribute ideas to improve volunteer programs and community impact.
Qualifications
- Strong volunteer management skills, including experience in Volunteer Management and organizing Volunteer Training.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and Communication abilities to build trust, motivate volunteers, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with Community Outreach, including planning, promoting, and supporting community-based initiatives.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, virtual meeting platforms) for coordinating volunteers and maintaining records.
- Prior experience in nonprofit, community engagement, or volunteer coordination is preferred but not required.
