Role Summary
We are seeking to fill a newly created position of ROV Asset Coordinator within the Asset group, based in our Dubai Office. This role will provide regional administrative support focusing on ROV system inventory, maintenance & certification coordination, and data management within IMS. Additional responsibilities include assisting with other asset-related coordination tasks as needed to support our business in the region.

Duties
and Responsibilities
Update and maintain ROV system inventories, ensuring models, part numbers, and storage locations are current within IMS.
Support the regional ROV fleet with IMS models and part numbers.
Coordinate preventive and general maintenance activities across the regional ROV fleet, assisting the Technical & Asset Department.
Liaise with Project Managers & ROV Supervisors regarding asset notifications and third-party inspectors.
Download certificates from third-party portals or ensure they are provided by clients.
Collate asset certificates, perform quality checks, file, and upload them to the relevant folders within the server and Operations Module.
Maintain the Operations Module in IMS as the primary source of data for all inventory and maintenance activities.
Support the wider Assets Team as required.
About You
You should have previous experience in an Asset environment, with data input skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. Industry knowledge of ROV operations is desirable.
