Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of AI strategies aligned with the organization's digital transformation objectives.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI and machine learning models to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data to support AI model development and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can enhance services, productivity, and decision-making.
- Develop AI-powered solutions such as chatbots, intelligent assistants, predictive analytics models, and process automation tools.
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with organizational policies, data privacy regulations, cybersecurity standards, and ethical AI principles.
- Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions that deliver business value.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations related to AI initiatives and project outcomes.
- Provide technical support and knowledge sharing to internal teams to encourage AI adoption across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree is an advantage.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related technology role.
- Experience developing AI solutions using modern AI frameworks and cloud platforms is preferred.
