The Role:
As an Art Director, you will play a key role in shaping the creative output of the agency. This is a highly conceptual, art-led position requiring someone who can think big, execute beautifully, and lead from the front.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the visual direction and creative execution across integrated campaigns
- Develop strong, original concepts aligned with client briefs and brand objectives
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and client servicing teams
- Present ideas confidently to internal stakeholders and clients
- Oversee and guide offshore creative teams to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain high standards of design, craft, and innovation across all deliverables
- Work closely with the Creative Director, contributing to the overall creative vision
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as an Art Director within a creative agency in the UAE.
- Strong conceptual thinking with a portfolio showcasing award-worthy work
- Experience working on leading brands across multiple industries
- Ability to manage and mentor teams, including offshore resources
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Arabic language skills are a plus
