Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Business Development Executive to expand our portfolio of short-term rental properties in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the real estate or short-term rental industry and the ability to onboard property owners efficiently. This role requires market expertise, strategic partnerships, and a results-driven approach to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new property owners to expand our short-term rental portfolio.
Leverage personal and professional networks to generate leads and build long-term partnerships.
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with property owners.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and property management processes.
Requirements:
Proven experience in short-term rentals or real estate is mandatory.
Strong network and industry connections to facilitate property acquisitions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and meet business development targets.
