Operational Accountabilities:
– • Coordinate with Line Manager & Section Head during the Planning of a flight
• Assistin contract & pricing negotiation for all Royal Jet groundhandling agents & Fixed basedoperators (FBO’s)
• Assist in Identifying and coordinating with FBO’s / Ground Handling Agentsand Airport Authorities.
• Assist in updating AIMS with the Agentdatabase for GH agents.
• Assist Maintenance & LOGISTICS teamfor all AOG related support and coordination.
• Assist Line Manageron communications with GH agents for updated prices.
• Coordinatewith Finance on Invoice related queries.  Key Skills   Organization Skill
