Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing the financial tracking, procurement, and inventory management of all food and beverage items. This role ensures cost efficiency, quality control, accurate stock handling, and compliance with hygiene and accounting standards. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and report F&B costs, revenues, and inventory valuations. Handle purchasing of all F&B items, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and track market trends. Receive, inspect, store, and issue goods using proper inventory methods (FIFO). Maintain accurate records of purchases, stock levels, and inventory movements. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile with financial records. Coordinate with kitchen and management teams for demand planning and stock control. Ensure adherence to internal controls, hygiene, and safety regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in F&B or hospitality. Strong knowledge of purchasing, inventory systems, and basic accounting. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
