Main responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets across Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain.
Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, key accounts, and healthcare stakeholders.
Drive product launches, promotional activities, and brand initiatives in collaboration with marketing and medical teams.
Ensure effective territory coverage, sales forecasting, and demand planning.
Maintain strong knowledge of local market dynamics, healthcare regulations, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
To be successful, you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the GCC region.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing multi-country operations.
- Strong experience in distributor management and key account development.
- Willing to travel to GCC region.
